Workforce Structure

Good Health Geek operates with a lean workforce model designed to support flexibility and expertise. The company primarily works with:

Independent Contractor Model

Sales representatives and certain collaborators work as independent contractors (1099) rather than employees.

Contractors:

  • Manage their own schedules

  • Are responsible for their own taxes and benefits

  • Operate independently while representing Good Health Geek services

  • Are compensated through commission-based agreements or contracted project work

Contractors are not classified as employees and are not subject to employee-specific company policies.


Partner Organizations

Good Health Geek works with trusted external partners to deliver specialized services.

Examples include:

  • 5Strands – private at-home screening laboratory processing

  • NutriGreene – nutrition coaching and lab interpretation

These partners operate independently and maintain their own professional standards and policies.
