About Good Health Geek
Understanding what powers us.
Good Health Geek was founded with a belief that understanding our own biology can change the way we think about health, wellness, and how we perform each day.
Our work begins with the science. We review published studies and research to better understand the nutrients, biological systems, and processes that influence how we feel and function. We then turn that knowledge into education that helps people understand those systems in the context of their own lives.
What people can learn about themselves, is especially interesting. Nutrient testing can provide a useful look at individual nutrient status, replacing some of the guesswork with personal information that can help people ask better questions and make more informed choices.
We bring research, education, and opportunities for personal insight together to help people better understand the biology that supports their performance, health, and wellbeing every day.
Good Health Geek is intentionally a small, focused team. We partner with established organizations in testing, nutrition, healthcare, and specialized services, allowing us to draw on their expertise and infrastructure while keeping our own team focused on research, education, program development, and the client experience. This partnership model gives us the reach and capacity to support organizations at scale while remaining flexible and personal.
Our mission is to help change the framework around those conversations by making biology a more familiar and useful part of how we understand ourselves.
