These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of goodhealthgeek.com (the “Site”) and any content, features, or services offered (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

3. Health & wellness disclaimer (important) All content and Services are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Statements and products discussed on the Site may not be evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 4. Quotes, orders, and services Quote requests: When you request a quote, you’re inviting us to provide pricing/options; it is not a binding agreement until we confirm in writing. Products/Services: Availability, descriptions, and pricing may change at any time. We may limit or refuse orders. Seminars/Coaching: Educational only; not medical or psychological treatment. We may reschedule/cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (we’ll work with you on alternatives). Allergens & dietary needs: You are responsible for communicating restrictions. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee environments are free from all allergens.
5. Acceptable use You agree not to: Interfere with the Site’s security or operation. Upload or transmit malicious code. Infringe on others’ rights or violate laws. 12. Governing law & venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in or serving Denton County, Texas.
13. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
