Participation is driven through clear internal communication and, when helpful, light optional incentives.

• Send a quick follow-up to anyone who may have missed it
• Keep the message consistent across communications
• Position it as quick and optional, not a task
• Lead by example, participation from leadership helps set the tone
Option A: Light Incentive • $5–$10 gift card drawing
• 5–10 winners per company
• “Coffee on us” raffle
• “Fuel your day” healthy snack gift box
Option B: Team-Based Incentive • Department with highest participation wins lunch
